At Threadcaps Store, we want you to love your order. Since many of our products are custom embroidered and personalized just for you, please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom and Personalized Products

Because custom embroidered hats are made based on your selected design, text, photo, name, logo, or personalization details, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please review all customization details carefully before submitting your order.

Non-Custom Items

For eligible non-custom items, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • In the original packaging, if applicable
  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A clear photo of the packaging, if damaged
  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because custom embroidered products may enter production quickly, order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel or modify your order.
