1. What products do you sell?

Threadcaps Store specializes in custom embroidered hats and personalized caps. Our designs include names, photos, pet portraits, family memories, logos, dates, quotes, sports themes, faith designs, travel-inspired hats, and more.

2. Can I personalize my hat?

Yes. Many of our hats can be customized with names, text, photos, logos, dates, pet portraits, or special design instructions. Please make sure all customization details are correct before placing your order.

3. Can I upload a photo for embroidery?

Yes. You can upload a photo for selected custom photo embroidery products. For best results, please use a clear, high-quality image with good lighting.

4. Can I customize a pet hat?

Yes. We offer custom pet portrait embroidered hats for dog lovers, cat lovers, pet moms, pet dads, and pet owners. You can personalize your hat using your pet’s photo.

5. How long does it take to process my order?

Processing time may vary because many items are custom embroidered and made especially for you. Each order needs time for design preparation, embroidery, quality checking, and packing before shipment.

6. How much is shipping?

We offer a flat shipping fee of $4.99 for orders under $100.

7. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $100. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout when your order qualifies.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Available payment methods may include major credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other options shown at checkout.

9. Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Because custom embroidered products may enter production quickly, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once production has started.

10. Can I return a custom embroidered hat?

Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

11. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the item, photos of the packaging if damaged, and a short description of the issue. We will review your request and help with a suitable solution.

12. Are shipping fees refundable?

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
