5. Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other available payment options shown at checkout.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including payment issues, suspected fraud, product availability, pricing errors, or customization concerns.

6. Pricing and Availability

Prices are listed in USD, unless otherwise displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, shipping fees, and product availability at any time.

If there is an error in product pricing or information, we may cancel the order and notify you.

7. Shipping

Shipping rates and delivery details are explained in our Shipping Policy.

We offer a flat shipping fee of $4.99 for orders under $100 and free shipping on orders over $100.

Delivery times may vary depending on customization, order volume, shipping carrier, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

Threadcaps Store is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Returns and Refunds

Because many products are custom embroidered and personalized, custom items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

Custom embroidered products may enter production quickly. Order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@threadcaps.com. Once production has started, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.

When you upload photos, logos, names, text, or designs for customization, you grant Threadcaps Store permission to use that content only as needed to create, process, and fulfill your order.
