At Threadcaps Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since many of our products are custom embroidered and made especially for each customer, please review our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom and Personalized Products

Custom embroidered hats and personalized items are made based on the details you provide, such as names, photos, logos, text, dates, or special designs.

Because these products are made specifically for you, custom and personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Please make sure all personalization details are correct before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review your request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging, if damaged
  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be approved for:

  • Items that arrive damaged
  • Items with manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items sent by mistake
  • Non-custom items returned in original, unused condition, if approved by our support team

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom embroidered hats
  • Personalized photo, name, text, logo, or date items
  • Items damaged by customer use
  • Items with incorrect customization details submitted by the customer
  • Worn, washed, stained, or altered items
  • Final sale or promotional items, if marked as such

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because custom embroidered products may enter production quickly, order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to make a change. Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel or refund the order.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account. Processing time may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment service.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by Threadcaps Store.
